Just Eat It

Now that you have your microgreens, here are a few suggestions on how to eat them. Included here are links to a few videos and my favorite blogs.

Add to your smoothies:  Watch this great video and let your kids make their own! 

Have them for breakfast: Watch as she adds Daikon Radish at just the last minute with her scrambled eggs!

Add to sammies and soup and salad: Watch as she describes the flavor and nutrients that just a few mixed microgreens can add to your diet.
